We here at techphules couldn't be more excited for Diablo III, no matter how close or far away it's eventual release date is. Today at Blizzcon 09, Blizzard announced the 4th known playable character class as the Monk. For those fellow Diablo series fanatics you should remember that the Monk was one of the playable classes in the Hellfire expansion for the original Diablo. From the early reports it seems that the Monk is to be a front-line melee fighter with some magic abilities to make him a little more flashy than the trusty ol' Barb.
More info as it comes, but I'm already having fits knowing that all those lucky SoB's at Blizzcon are enjoying the playable D3 demo...
