802.11n Finalized

Ah finally, you'll be able to upgrade to 802.11n! What? You've already been using it for years? Well then, nothing to see here, you probably won't care that the IEEE has finally finished the 802.11n spec, and it only took them 7 years. The standard is finalized, but won't be actually published until mid-October. But don't worry, the group promised back in 2007 that there wouldn't be any major changes to the spec between then and now. So all of your current "Draft-N" gear should be compatible with the final spec, if not it should be upgradable to make it so.

So now how long do you think we have to wait for the next "new thing" for the wifi companies to start using to make you think you need to replace your gear? Who's gonna be the first to offer "N+" technology?
