You can finally stop sending all those wishful emails to Interplay begging them to bring back Clayfighter...both of you. Interplay has announced that they're bringing back the Clayfighter series to WiiWare and DSiWare in summer 2010. Some of the original team is even working on it to bring "improved graphics and revamped gameplay".
Don't get me wrong, Clayfighter has a soft spot in my heart, as I played quite a bit of it with my friends back in the day. But in case you haven't played it since "the day", you may want to keep those memories in tact, it hasn't aged incredibly gracefully. Here's hoping that the new improvements are worthwhile improvements. Bad Mr. Frosty, Ickybod Clay and the rest of the gang deserve it.
