10/GUI: Touch interface of the future?

Multitouch is obviously the in thing on mobile devices right now. And it's easy to see why, it works very well for them and their limited sizes. When trying to migrate this 'next-gen control' onto the desktop you run into issues that don't make it nearly as attractive. This is where 10/GUI comes in, by rethinking the entire desktop and making a desktop touch-screen interface not only usable, but fun to use.
