You got Counter-Strike in my Left 4 Dead 2

So the gamers that buy the German version of Left 4 Dead 2 are getting short changed and getting a censored version of the game. But Valve being the generous chaps that they are, are giving the Germans a little extra bonus to try and make up for that. Like say 5 different Counter-Strike guns to use in game! And these aren't just simple reskins, each gun has it's own unique stats. There will be a 50% chance of the special weapons spawning in each game, it works the same way the baseball bat pre-order works for US gamers; if a player with the censored German version joins a game, the entire server will receive the weapons.
