City of Heroes/Villians still kickin'

The recent release of Champions Online made the superhero MMO population grow to two, but the City of Heroes devs aren't going to let 'the new hotness' stop them from continuing to improve Paragon City and give more free content to their loyal fan base. Cryptic Studios showed off some of the new additions coming in Issue 16, codenamed "Power Spectrum". Players will be able to change the colors of most powers and even geometry and animation customization to some power sets.

Issue 16 is due for release by the end of this month.

The Jockey allows you to attack lone survivors and control their movement for a brief period of time. Not much else is known yet on how this mechanic works, but I can already think of plenty of ways to grief opponents with this...
